To begin the process, the first steps are:
* Add your preferred products to your cart
* Click "Shopping Cart" and update the quantities needed
* Complete the checkout process
Once you've completed these steps, please send us an email with your stationery details (custom text, color preferences, etc) at email@example.com.
Note: Please be sure to also reference your Order Number when emailing these details, to ensure there are no delays in your digital proofs.
That's it! Easy as pie. Once all of this info has been received, it's on to the proofing process...
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Orders may only be cancelled during the proofing stage. Once orders are approved for production, no changes or cancellations are accepted, as the printing process has begun. Orders cancelled during the proofing process will incur a 30% design fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount (please allow 1 week for refunds to process).
